Felix E. Larkin was born August 3, 1909 in New York City. In 1931 he received his A.B. from Fordham University, and his M.B.A. from New York University Graduate School of Business in 1933. From 1939 to 1947 he was Law Secretary to Judge James Garrett Wallace of the Court of General Sessions in New York County, New York.
